My work aims to challenge and critique society, in its political and social manifestations. Utilizing installation, interactive components, print and drawing, I am attempting to highlight the unacceptable treatment of women by men in power throughout time. Using statements made by President Donald Trump both publicly and via Twitter, as the inspiration for my content, using specific examples to express the mistreatment of the female population. This collection of work is a physical documentation of a verbal timeline, referencing statements made by Donald Trump towards women, reaching topics from periods, domestic roles, body image, and more. The space aims to stimulate the viewers and force them to experience discomfort, mirroring the reality of society at this time.
